Where Magazine `Readers Choice Awards' Names Panorama Lounge Best Bar In Toronto
TORONTO, ON May 17, 2004–-Panorama Lounge, located on the 51st Floor of the Manulife Centre, has been named "Top Bar" by Where Magazine's annual readers choice awards survey, announced Sebastien Centner, Director of Eatertainment Hospitality.
The upscale bar/lounge, which sits atop the Manulife Centre and overlooks the downtown Toronto skyline, was ranked first in the `Best Bar' category, topping such established and eclectic competitors including Avenue At Four Seasons, Lobby Bar and Jump.
"Panorama Lounge is an experience for our guests. From the moment they step off the elevator, their senses are heightened by the spectacular views of the city combined with a hip and comfortable atmosphere," said Centner.
Panorama Lounge was also named WHERE Magazine's "Editors Pick" for "Best Patio".
"When guests visit Panorama, they are always taken aback by the incredible views of the city. Panorama is a one-of-a-kind experience which makes guests feel like they are sitting on top of the world," Centner said.
Offering a large and ever-changing appetizer menu created by Executive Chef Jeff Dueck, Panorama Lounge's food selection is only surpassed by its extensive and creative cocktail menu where guests can enjoy such creations as the Hypnotiq Mimosa, Twisted Lifesaver and Cappuccino Martini.
Additionally, Panorama Lounge was also recently winner of the Toronto.com's visitors survey in the category of ‘Best View'
Panorama Lounge is open daily from 5 p.m. – 2 a.m. It is located in Manulife Centre (55 Bloor Street East) on the 51st Floor. All major credit cards are accepted and reservations are not required.
